Family Solutions of Ohio (FSO) provides behavioral health services in the least restrictive, non-stigmatizing, most accessible environment. We deliver services in the natural environment and the privacy of the person’s home. We provide limited office-based services by appointment.

FSO employees are guided by the assigned supervisor and a compliance management team lead by the Chief Operating Officer supported by three compliance managers, program directors, and site clinical supervisors. FSO has employed a full-time trainer. Each site is staffed by administrative assistant/manager to help coordinate the business operation.

Chief Operating Officer
Licensed as LPCC/PCC, LISW, PC, LSW
Must be able to perform diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, therapy and treatment planning.
Background working with children adolescents and adults preferred
Must be able to work with diverse population from various economic background
Maintain a caseload of 10-15 clients providing intensive care. Caseload does not exceed 18 clients.
Computer Skills sufficient to work with electronic health record system. Training is provided to use ICANotes Software.
Good communications and written skills
Prefer college degree with LSW license
Will consider high school graduates and above who have background in “case management”
Will consider high school graduates who demonstrate interest to learn the necessary skills to be a trained “Quality Mental Health Specialist” or QMHS
All applicants must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test.
Must be willing to undergo 1 week of intensive training
Must submit all necessary documents required for employment at the time of hire.
Must be flexible and able to demonstrate professionalism and high sense of responsibility all the time.
